Hands down the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. Everything is truly one‑on‑one, private, and focused — none of the crowded, assembly‑line feel you get at other clinics. He takes the time to actually watch how you move, explain what’s going on, and tailor every exercise to what your body needs that day.

I have been working with James for about 6 weeks for persistent back pain after my second spinal fusion. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and for the first time in 2 years I am starting to move with less pain. I highly recommend James and Hybrid PT.

I had a lingering wrist issue that wouldn’t go away even after months of rest. I finally decided to see Dr. Park and he diagnosed and identified the problem within minutes. He put together a clear and manageable workout plan that focused on strengthening the areas around my wrist. The exercises weren’t overly difficult and I could feel improvement within just a few days. My wrist is now almost recovered. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with an injury.

My experience with James Park at Hybrid PT has been excellent. From my first visit I felt that James understood the issues I am having. He's extremely knowledgeable and explains the treatment as we go along. I’ve been to several therapists in the past but working with James has been the best and he’s helping me with the issues I’m having with my back and balance . It’s a pleasure working with James .
