We are in love with our Hybrid Prefab home. Most people don’t even know it’s a manufactured home but we did get a compliment from the trained eye that it’s the “best looking manufactured home they’ve ever seen”. That wouldn’t have been possible without Otis & his team. Otis’s communication & follow-through is excellent. His experience in the industry is extremely valuable & he is a consummate professional. If you are considering a new build, I definitely recommend talking with Otis.

I was only gathering info about a possible ADU on our property and made no indication that I was a 'hot' prospect, yet Marcin from Hybrid Prefab communicated with me via email in great detail for a handful of days with some very useful information and lovely professionalism. I could only imagine the kind of customer service I would get if we stepped it up and expressed some level of urgency! I hardly EVER write reviews, but this type of customer service was worthy of mentioning in my book.
