I emailed in to get a price on having a infratech heater wired, never heard back. Emailed a follow up a week later. Never heard back. Called and after asking for an estimate to have it installed the woman who answered said "oh, have you emailed a couple of times?" So obviously they recieved my request. She said she needed to speak to someone to make sure that it was something they do.
