I had the best experience doing a summer challenge here! Absolutely loved the classes and nutrition guidance. Adam was an amazing coach and support during the entire period, full of very practical guidance and support. Highly highly recommend the programme and studio!!!

Have just completed my second 6 week challenge at HPT. I signed up for another 6 week challenge after 2 years out of the studio. It was such fun to be back and be guided by Adam throughout the challenge. I love the format of the classes, they’re different every time. Just completed another 6 week challenge at HPT. It’s a super useful reset for me whenever I start slipping from good habits. Sometimes I focus more on muscle building, sometimes on fat cutting. Regardless, the sessions are super enjoyable, the fitness plan realistic and I enjoy the small group coaching but without all eyes on you alone.
I did the 6 week challenge as someone who had never, ever stepped foot in a gym before. Not only are all the trainers super welcoming but they were all brilliantly patient with me and made sure to check in with me on form etc., which I was really grateful for. The nutrition plan really worked for me and coupled with the gym sessions I was super happy with my results at the end of the 6 weeks. I've come out the other side with a newfound love for the gym and am signing up for another 3 months. Thanks all!
