Update: April 2025 As it goes, I needed a reset after indulging too much on the London food scene. I signed up for a 3 week reset (3 classes per week) and again it was very effective. I lost some weight and feel much stronger and leaner. And now I’ve signed up for a follow up to avoid falling off gain! I highly recommend HPT training for a holistic approach to fitness that represents great value. Small group training means the trainers are consistently aware of your progress and pushing you on, and in app you get accountability on your nutrition and extra weight training and cardio ‘homework’. In the last 6 weeks with HPT I’ve got my fitness mojo back and have committed to 3 more months!
I have really benefited from the 6 week transformation program. I highly recommend this if you’re needing a boost to get back into fitness or to up your game! Adam and the entire team of trainers are excellent in terms of giving support, encouragement, and useful information on technique improvement, etc. I have felt very welcome at HPT, the environment is relaxed, the workouts are effective and time efficient, and the shower facilities super useful if you have meetings after etc. Thank you all!
I really enjoyed my 6-week program with HPT and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area! The team is great and you get fantastic support to make meaningful progress.
Can’t recommend HPT enough - it’s a friendly welcoming small group environment. The PT’s are all very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly don’t take themselves too seriously. They are supportive in helping you achieve your goals without being pushy!! The facilities are great and the times and availability of classes suits me well!
