Awesome small classes with great & friendly instructors. Varied sessions where you learn exercises and form. Always leave feeling great!! And the 6 week challenge was a great kick starter where I did get some great results. Thank you!

Much better than standard classes. With only six people per session, you get real attention from the PT, including form corrections and personalised advice. It’s also far more affordable than one-to-one training. I genuinely love the sessions and they’ve become a fixed part of my weekly routine

I joined the 6 week challenge after seeing an add whilst walking past the studio on the first day of starting a new job and not making it home in time for my usual gym classes - best decision I have made for myself. I feel fitter and stronger than I have since having my young family, I’ve lost a few kgs but most importantly I feel great in body and mind. Super supportive from the start, varied PT sessions and enough nutritional advice to keep you on track. Really enjoyed the 6 week challenge and so pleased with results that I'm looking forward to carrying on the journey.

HIGHLY recommend and rate the trainers and set up at HPT. The trainers are all so welcoming and encouraging (to people of all fitness and experience levels) and the sessions are varied day to day so it doesn’t get stale. The programming can be easily modified to make things harder or easier, so you see people lifting all different types of weights whilst getting the work done.
