Great multi-discipline martial arts gym in the heart of Avon. Hayward, the owner, is amazing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I'm grateful to have this unique gym in the valley.

I would rate this place 5/5 star. Great place to workout at. I love the way they teach martial arts. Instructors are patient about newbies. Anyone wanting to learn various martial arts from Brazilian jiujitsu to kickboxing and mix martial arts this place is a great to train. Hayward and Isabel are both great owners to work with. They have different experienced instructors like Hayward, Ula, James, Berch, and Kevin are great to train with.
