They didn't call me once the service was done. The car was left overnight. When asked why didn't you call? His response, "you didn't call so I thought it wasn't important." I was shocked at the response and service. 20,000-30,000k servicing. Charged $435. Cabin filter was changed, yes agreed. Not original OEM cabin filter but at least it was changed. Had an engine light come up on my Toyota Fielder, took it to these guys at 9am. They diagnosed the issue , a water pump replacement was needed. They went out of their way to find me a replacement on the same day and that too before 4 public holidays, otherwise i would have had to wait 4-5 more days without my car. Really appreciate their work and effort to get my car going again. Id recommend them , 5 stars
