They didn't call me once the service was done. The car was left overnight. When asked why didn't you call? His response, "you didn't call so I thought it wasn't important." I was shocked at the response and service. 20,000-30,000k servicing. Charged $435. Cabin filter was changed, yes agreed. Not original OEM cabin filter but at least it was changed. Engine filter and battery pack ventilation filter was not new based on the old dead bugs and dust but I was charged. Air filter stated checked and clean, it wasn't cleaned based... read more
