I had my second trip to Luminous today, and it exceeded my already high expectations. Went in without an exact idea, and Dallas suggested a unique pairing that I love! He was so kind, and really made me feel at ease. His work was top notch and I can't wait to go back to get pierced again!
Buyer Beware. I do not want you to get scammed like i did. About a week ago i purchased a nose ring for 100 dollars. I was told the nose ring would not pop out. Needless to say i scratched the inside of nose and the damn thing just popped out. I was told by them that I must of scratched my nose and I know I didn't. I was sold a defective and useless nose ring. They stole from me beware they will steal from you as well.
Really amazing people at Luminous! They really care about your well-being an offer quality when it comes to piercing and jewelry! I've stopped in a few times just to get help switching out my jewelry and they've always been so pleasant and kind! It really makes a difference
My mom, sister and I got piercings done here all together and it was a great experience! Dallas was very diligent and made sure we liked the placement of the markings before piercing. He was knowledgeable on aftercare and made it an overall easy and pleasant experience!
