Amazing place with awesome people. I love how the place a community vibe, everyone supports each other in their own goals
I have gone to this gym for almost a year and it has exceeded all my expectations. The classes were the perfect size and it was a good mix between individual attention and group workouts. Coaches are great and experienced trainers.
Hybrid House is amazing! Wide variety of training, from running to Olympic lifting. If you want to stare in the mirror while curling dumbbells, stick to the big box gyms. If you want to get gritty, strong and fast, let the HH coaches show you the way!

I’ve been at Hybrid House since Oct 2019 and I can’t imagine my life without it. The community is so encouraging, the classes push me, and the coaches are phenomenal! I also love Timmie, the owner. She truly cares about each member and is always striving to make the gym better. Both locations offer a variety of classes, and they are very intentionally programmed by the coaches so that you can measure your results and see how you’ve grown over the 12 week cycle.
