LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym and community! Top notch coaching, programming and client support. I’ve been to a lot of gyms in Long Beach over the years, and I’m so glad to have finally found my home.
When I saw Hybrid House I really wanted to workout there. I was intimidated by weightlifting, but after literally peering in the windows it looked like a really welcoming place. My life has been changed by the trainers and community here in the 10 months I’ve been coming. I love weight training, especially back squatting and kettle bells. Try a class, you won’t be disappointed!!!
I’ve been a member at Hybrid House for nearly 2 years & I’ve enjoyed every moment. I was one of the "first 50" mid-2022 and have been a member since. Hybrid House offers exactly what I needed to get started and to stick at it (having NEVER done weight training in 50+ years). Classes - Push, pull, cardio. Rinse, repeat. 12 week blocks that allow you to measure progress. Enough variety so you don't get bored, but consistency for hypertrophy and strength gains.
