I just started up at Hybrid, and so far it’s been exactly what I was hoping for. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for absolute beginners without some form of coaching, mainly because some of the movement patterns require intermediate level experience, BUT that being said, all the instructors I’ve had so far (Kaitlyn, Ben, Elsa, Lacey & Jess) have been detailed in their explanations/demonstrations, more than willing to answer on-the-fly questions, AND been able to provide alternate exercises (useful for those less experien... read more

Amazing gym! Great facility and very welcoming trainers and staff who genuinely want to help you reach your goals. Would recommend this gym to people of any fitness level/experience.
