Highly recommend Team LDN! The coaching is great and it is a friendly, welcoming environment. The classes are as intense as you want them to be, they can all be scaled and everyone works to their own fitness level. If you stay consistent you will definitely reach your fitness goals at Team LDN. I just started up at Hybrid, and so far it’s been exactly what I was hoping for. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for absolute beginners without some form of coaching, mainly because some of the movement patterns require intermediate level experience, BUT that being said, all the instructors I’ve had so far (Kaitlyn, Ben, Elsa, Lacey & Jess) have been detailed in their explanations/demonstrations, more than willing to answer on-the-fly questions, AND been able to provide alternate exercises (useful for those less experien... read more
