Alfred, the owner and main trainer of the facility, is a very knowledgeable and efficient trainer, allowing you to learn new movements as well as become proficient in what you already know. The atmosphere itself is welcoming and community-oriented. If you want a small gym feel with a great workout, this is the gym for you.
