I did the on-ramp program first and it was so helpful for someone who had never done CrossFit before. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and amazing! Also the atmosphere at the gym is very welcoming!
Coach Ryan is one of the most modest people you may ever meet; he is beyond qualified, and he and his staff are great at meeting people where they're at. Whether you've been an athlete all your life, or literally just starting to think about exercising more, HybridX is a great one-stop-shop.
Ryan and his team are fantastic! Not only is the facility clean and welcoming; but the training is top notch. Ryan is very attuned to everyone who walks in and is able to help you modify anything to complete your workout feeling your best. His more methodical approach has helped me establish lasting successful techniques in various areas of my fitness journey. If you’re looking for a place where you can show up as you are and build confidence and skill this is the place to be! Highly, highly recommend!
It has been a number of years away from CrossFit. I signed up for an on ramp bootcamp to get back in the gym. Coach Ryan and his team have been fantastic.
Nice gym, took a Ariel silk class that kicked my ass. The teachers and other class member were awesome! I will definitely be going back.
