I hate doing this, because they did diagnose my car which is something other shops weren't able to. However, I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I need a new hybrid battery, and I needed to wait for a paycheck to pay for it. They told me that was fine, and checked to make sure I'd be able to pick up my car by 11/12. I reassured them I would.
