Every time I called for updates, there was a new reason for the delay — parts shipping, wrong module, technician out sick. I understand things happen, but after two weeks, my patience ran out. Wouldn’t recommend.
The installation itself was okay, but they promised to check in after a week. Never heard from them again. For what they charge, I expected better customer care and documentation.
The technician was two hours late and didn’t call to let me know. When he finally arrived, he seemed rushed. The repair worked, but the lack of communication made it a frustrating experience.
They replaced the hybrid battery, but after that my dashboard lit up with new warning lights. When I called, they told me to “drive it a few days and see.” That’s not reassuring. Now I’m out of money and still need repairs.
