I had my hybrid battery repaired with 6 month warranty. I had been quoted 4 times the price to do the work by other workshops. My wife and I were loaned a courtesy vehicle for the time it took. Highly recommend!

I also had a very bad experience with this company. I took my hybrid vehicle to them for a battery issue and was told that a cell had been replaced. After paying for the repair, the same problem came back. When I returned, I was told the new issue was “not covered under warranty” and that another cell had failed. This happened more than once. I expected quality workmanship and value for the money I spent, but instead I am dissatisfied with the repair, the service, and the sudden changes to my warranty terms.

Poor service and a faulty repair. I paid for a hybrid system fix which failed again within two weeks. Worse, I was promised a refund due to the ongoing faulty system, but despite multiple emails, the refund has never been processed, and communication has completely stopped. Do not recommend this business...
