51 Mercury had many gaskets leaking fluid. Oil transmission, valve covers, etc. also did tuneup, oil change. Victor was on point and knew exactly what I needed for my ride. 3 days later my car was ready. Helps to have an appointment. Superb job done. No more leaking oil in my garage. She’s running smooth. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was the customer service. Questions were either ignored or answered very late, and there was little effort made to resolve issues. Professionalism and respect for customers appeared to be lacking throughout the entire process. I expected much better considering the reputation they claim to have.
I am extremely pleased with the quality service and overall experience I had with Victor’s team at Centric. I was looking for an alternative to maintenance at a dealer and found it! The professionalism, communication and very transparent diagnostics made me very comfortable that I was getting a great value and that my car was in great hands to maintain over the long haul.
Was refreshing to speak directly w/ the owner, who promptly took in vehicle & provided fast analysis w/ quote & professional video of work required. Was for a coolant leak on foreign vehicle. They also recommended some preventative maintenance which we took care of-belt, spark plugs, etc.. Pricing fair as opposed to rip off dealers. Most certainly will use this shop again.
