Hybrid Athletics has been amazing and accommodating for our needs. Nathan was very prompt and had us set up to begin our program so fast and efficiently. We were recommended one of the trainers there, Brittany…what a gem. She truly cares about you, she takes her time to show you the correct form to execute every exercise. I am so happy with the whole experience that we are booking our son with Brittany!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for listening !!!

Hybrid athletics is a great place to work out at! Coach Brittany is the best personal trainer you could ask for. She has a wealth of evidence based knowledge and personal training skills, and has come up with excellent training plans for myself, my husband and our kids. We have all had an awesome experience with Hybrid!

My husband and I have been working out at Hybird athletics for over a year and we love it, we train with Britany and we are thinking about trying the classes, she’s flexible and accommodating with out schedule. J&B B

I came to Hybrid when my old gym closed and have been coming here for a little over 2 years. I find the coaches and other members very supportive and the programs interesting and so scalable which is very important to me with a chronic knee injury.
