Good coaches, friendly staff. Good equipment decent size to workout. They have a small day care for kids. Still has the old hiit sign instead of hybrd. They use another old app called wodify. Once connected you’ll be fine.
I have been to so many different gyms, and this is the only one that I can say has everything I was looking for. Classes are fun and challenging, the atmosphere is amazing, coaches are great, and they are allways happy to help. I can say that now, I love going to the gym!
These guys rock.
