outstanding hospital The staff and care at Hybla Valley Vet Hospital is outstanding. I have been bringing my animals there for years and have always been satisfied. The vets and techs are very dedicated and gentle. Over the years, I have had four cats and five dogs that I taken here and would never switch.
Stay away. Traveling over this past MLK holiday weekend, we were going to have some friends care for our 5-month old German Shepherd mix. About 2 days before our trip, our regular vet called us and said that our dog had tested positive for giardia (a contagious intestinal parasite) during a recent fecal exam. After making the decision that we couldn't burden our friends and their dog with that illness, we made a mad dash to find a vet that would board him. Great Service We have had a great experience with Hybla. They may take a little extra time to see you pat your appointment time but the Vets are patient and very thorough. No matter what it is, I can call and they either take a great deal of time to explain what the issue may be or ask you to come in right away. Our puppy has had minor issues such as hives from grooming and reactions to shots. The vet always takes calls and offers to see him at our convenience. Wonderful My family has been going to Hybla Valley for over 30 years now and we would never even think about going anywhere else. The vets there (especially Dr.Lisa Hong) are exceptional and provide amazing service. We have 2 cats and 3 dogs that we currently take there, and no matter what everyone always greets us with a smile and they always make room for us when we need an appointment (even when its a last minute thing!)
