I came in at 5:20 they told me they could not give me a quote. They said word for word we close at 6:00pm. I was confused because it was 5:20 on the dot and there were 5 people in the front behind the counter that work there they were on there phone they didn'tlook busy. They just stared at me and said not. Until I said I want to get a quote. These were adults who looked bored. A quote takes max 10 mins especially for a small thing like one mub flap. But oh well I guess I go somewhere eles. 🤷
I suppose it could have been a phone call but I really appreciated them taking the time to walk me through my cars needs after the accident. All the dents that would be fixed were pointed out and circled on the car. They gave me a time estimate for repairs and said they'd be in touch. Very professional and personal service.
They provided a perfect paint job for my door. I will return to get my hood done next.
