5-Star Review: Excellent Stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan 2 days ago I had a very good experience during my stay at The Ranahan. The customer service was excellent—truly top-notch. I was dealing with a back issue and requested to rotate-the mattress. They came within just one hour, which I really appreciate! Additionally, the TV wasn’t working properly, and maintenance arrived within 15 minutes to fix the issue. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Very clean. We stayed the weekend after labor day and had a great time. We can only assume in the high summer/winter seasons it's more chaotic and crowded, but it's spacious and likely totally manageable. The facilities had a nice resort feel and met all our needs. We parked our vehicle and e-biked everywhere and loved it. There isn't much around the resort, which we liked as we had to make the effort to see/do stuff. But if we really needed/wanted it, they had it. The location of this place is fantastic with regards to Breckenridge. However it's in a residential neighborhood which is kind of strange.
