The man behind the counter, Derek is believe, was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and personable. The rooms were okay. The freezer door stuck, the cap for the fire sprinkler in the bathroom came off, there were crooked or loose fixtures, and the drywalling in the rooms was splotchy. Really looks like they rushed through the construction here.

Staying here felt like heaven. I was so grateful that I had the chance to experience this place. Everything was beautifully maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed one night in early May, and my child had so much fun at the indoor pool. Sitting in hot tub while snowflakes were falling at night felt magical. The view from the balcony overlooking the mountains and falling snow felt unreal. The room had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with all cooking utensils, and even a w... read more
