Hotel under construction however wasn't informed prior to reservations. Heavy construction, no jacuzzi no entry to the beach/ lake.
Unacceptable customer service. I had a very unpleasant interaction with Mr. Mahesh from the front office. Following a car accident caused by snowy & Icy conditions (no fault of my car) with a legit police report as proof, he showed no empathy or basic courtesy—not even asking if I was okay. The interaction was transactional, with no concern for customer well-being. Mr.Mahesh should stay away from customer facing roles!!
