The service was particularly immaculate. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Laila Harris, Diego, and Aurora made sure we were comfortable and gave us great tips to enjoy our stay. Omanik Garcia was very helpful in walking us through the process of joining the Hyatt vacation club.
It's a very nice resort and I've been to a lot of resorts. I knocked off one star for service, not because service was incomplete but rather service was sparse. Great landscape, pool, and lazy river. I would return.
I wish I could give them negative stars . My experience with Hyatt Vacation Club has been extremely disappointing. I paid a higher rate specifically because my reservation stated that I could cancel or modify my stay up to 48 hours before check-in. However, when I requested a date change within that timeframe, they refused because “there systems wouldn’t allow” This issue has been going on for several weeks.
