Simply fantastic. The lazy river was amazing, the swimming pool was pretty nice, the activities were fun. It you got kids, definitely visit this place .
This was our first stay at a Hyatt Vacation Club Resort. Our arrival was terrific; the room and the property looked amazing. Our problems started on the first night; the toilet would not flush properly, and the shower was like an outdoor water park sprinkler from a pipe they had capped off. To top it all off, our phones in the room were dead. We arrived late and just wanted to get some sleep after driving all the way from Alaska. If you want a nice easy relaxing check in this is not your place. Google maps sent me to an empty parking lot onsite. Once I finally parked and went inside they were kind of rude when I asked questions. Then you have to get back in your car and drive around to all the buildings to find yours, because they told me building 6, but the map only had names for the buildings (persimmon) which was super stressful because they are kids running around everywhere and the roads are narrow and winding, so trying to spot the tiny little ... read more
