Self parking sucks here charge me 10 usd for 5 minute lol
It's awful when what started as a positive experience ends with you having to file fraud charges with your bank because folks don't want to do right. Why pay for parking in advance if you have to pay a 2nd time to get your car? The young lady who greeted us at the Hyatt Regency when we parked the car was lovely and helpful. The team when we returned for our car, not so much. We had to pay a second time to get our car out of the garage, which we figured would be easily refunded. Nope. We valet our vehicle and the staff is top notch!! They are quick and super friendly. Id definitely use them again.
Great hotel, perfect location. Buffet horrible, motel 6 serves better food
