Our family has stayed there twice for 2 gymnastic competitions my daughter participated in. Both times, the hotel was packed, but their service was never compromised. The rooms are clean, comfy, and have beautiful views. On year we had taken a red eye and arrived at 6 in the morning. My daughter had to compete that day and the concierge arranged for us to have an early check in for a very reasonable fee. We were able to sleep and she was rested for her competition. @AtlantaPolaris ( located inside and on top ) has great drinks & dope revolving view. For dinner Steak Oscar with a demi glaze was delicious. I love the couch seating so that we could eat and enjoy the beautiful view of Atlanta.

Recently stayed for work conference. It is a great venue for conferences. Adequate space to handle a large group, but not spread out so far you have to walk forever between events. Lots of places to sit and relax. Great pool. Rooms are clean and well kept. Love the walk in shower. This was my second stay in past two years, would recommend for business events or for family vacation.

I actually look forward to staying here at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero when I travel to SF on business, so much that I have stayed here on vacation as well. I like everything about this place - service, food, location, room size and decoration, cleanliness, amenities available in the room (coffee, hair dryer, etc.), working temperature control, beautiful views on any side of the hotel, walking distance to many fantastic SF spots. You hear so much noise between the room and out in the street at all hours which makes for a really unpleasant stay on business. The rooms are excellent, the decor is outstandign the service is awesome. Valet parking is a total rip off. be c areful and expect to pay a lot. Don't expect a good night sleep no matter what side of the hotel you stay on.

I am at the Hyatt Regency now and I have to say, I am impressed. The atrium inside is a brilliant sight, with long strings of grand lights running from the 14th floor down to the lobby. Away from the holidays when the lights come down, they have a fountain that draws the attention. The bar/lounge is in the atrium, in the center of all the action.
