Tolles Hotel mit einer super Lage zwischen dem Chicago Loop und der Magnificent Mile.
The great: the view, the location, the staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the climate control was actually quite good. Pretty much everything else was horrid. The water has so much chlorine in it, drawing a bath smells like a pool, they gave us down pillows after specifically asking for hypo allergenic, the fit and finish of the room in general was *laughable.* Just stay at the Renaissance. What a joke
OH. MY. GOSH. I have to give a HUGGGGGGGGE shoutout to my girl Nadine! Not only is she amazing at her job and the sweetest person but she’s also my hero! I lost my diamond earring during my stay and I was convinced it was gone forever. Nadine said “no ma’am” and took it upon herself to look for it. She legit got down on her HANDS AND KNEES and scoured my room for it……and SHE FOUND IT!!!!!! She didn’t have to do this but she did and I’m forever grateful for her. My husband and I are toddlers still in hotel they were unfriending. They’re trying to charge us $92 a night make us park somewhere else but the Hotel they will not even give us discount to keep the car here even though we have two rooms.
I’m currently staying in the hotel. They are trying to charge me $92 per night over five nights. They won’t even help with any type of discount very rude not responsive. Customer service don’t come stay in this hotel.
