Initially hard to find, but nice little room and fantastic staff
Very disappointing experience at the front desk. The staff claimed my fully paid reservation was cancelled and tried to make me book again at a higher price, even though I showed clear proof of payment. Completely unprofessional and stressful situation. In addition, parking was difficult to access, the rooms were worn out and not properly cleaned, and there wasn’t even a single complimentary bottle of water — something unacceptable for a hotel of this class.
