This was a great way to spend our layover I have no complaints
Extremely disappointing customer service after checkout. I stayed at Hyatt Regency Boston for a business trip and simply need an official receipt/folio for my stay so that I can complete my employer's reimbursement process. I have contacted the hotel requesting this document and followed up, but I still have not received the receipt or a response to my emails. I find this unacceptable for a hotel that regularly serves business travelers. I am not asking for any special treatment—only documentation for a stay that I paid for.... read more
