The person that checked me into the room was extremely nice so this review does not reflect his service. Check in time was 4 pm. A room was not available until well after 6pm. There were other people waiting for rooms sitting in the lobby. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially after an exhausting day of travel, but no one seemed apologetic. My £10,000 engagement ring was stolen, and Hyatt will take zero accountability.
