I didn't catch the names of the two gentlemen that came by our house. But they were quick efficient and very kind. They were also really good with my dog, who has some anxiety issues. I’ve had the worst experience with Hyatt’s Plumbing, and I feel compelled to leave a review in hopes of saving future homeowners from a similar situation. In my 41 years of life, I’ve never encountered such poor service from a professional company. On the first day I owned my home, I wanted to do preventative maintenance and replace the water main shut-off valve, which was something my home inspector had noted.
