We exclusively stay at Hyatt properties if we are able to and were very impressed with the modern features and location of this hotel. Although we didn’t partake in a bike ride (we opted for walking) the accessibility of bikes to bike the riverfront and subsequent Jack A. Markell Trail (it’s amazing how long this goes and incredible that it was built into the marsh!) is a very nice touch you don’t see in non-resort like hotels. I recently stayed here for a wedding, and I am not usually someone who stays at Hyatt, so was not sure what to expect. I was blown away by the staff here. Enjoli and Neil at the front desk in particular went above and beyond, but everyone was welcoming and helpful. Every request was a yes or they found another solution. Absolutely loved it here. Definitely care about your fur babyyy(they have treats for them) they also have bikes available for you. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of options of protein.
