I stop by to pick somebody up and a young man was on the ladder paint trimming which he was very need and doing a wonderful job but his attitude to was very respectful and pleasant but young lady behind the desk never said any thing acted like I was not Even there from my understanding when working at a front desk she speak or say something not act like you don't see me which is rude to me but hey maybe she was happy a bad day
Friendly staff better than the other bigger brands down the road
This place needs to improve in their costumer services skills , the women from the front desk (reception) middle age, blond hair with bangs and glasses was extremely rude. I called around 7 pm because my room was not clean even though I asked twice during the day to a housekeeper if she could clean my room. The housekeeper told me she did not have my room in her list because 2 girls ( housekeeper) were absent today. The housekeeper told me she will try to find someone to clean it.
