Without hot water for a full week. Jeffrey Barnes, General Manager, was dismissive and argumentative when a complaint was raised and he was ultimately unable to satisfactorily rectify the situation. Quality has been deteriorating each time I've been here for the last 3.5 years. After this most recent trip, I will not be returning.

When we booked the room they gave us 1 price when I booked more then 1 day they hooked us up on the price but then adjusted the next 2 days to where we would have paid the same exact for each day so they scammed us. There was no discount at all it was all b.s. I will never stay here or even tell anyone to stay here No hot water for 2 days last days found cockroaches in the showers I had 4 room here and will never return

Comfortable stay, though pricey. Great location by the river and walkable to food and coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff was kind and greeted us when we arrived. The hotel room was clean. We had a riverfront view which was absolutely gorgeous. The riverwalk is just one step away and to walk into the Main Street of Wilmington only took thirty mins (to reach the top) or so which was awesome. I will say one thing, if sleeping in is important to you, the curtains in this hotel make it hard to block out light. Sadly our tv or the remote wasn’t really working.
