Pretty rudimentary.Rooms clean still has a bunkhpuse feeling to it.Long corridors and dark rooms.No extra facilities.

Beware of strict hotel policy and very rude general manager. We are aware of the no cancellation or refund policy of a prepaid reservation and we do respect the rules but as Hyatt Corporate and other Hyatt hotels advised there are always exceptions like medical emergencies. The hotel general manager, Schallin Logan at this hotel however was very rude, uncaring, condescending, and has terrible Customer service skills. The whole hotel is really nice and clean and the staff is friendly but the bedrooms themselves aren’t the best, they have no microwaves which is a huge bummer since there’s so many restaurants around the area, your most likely going to be bring home leftovers to reheat. One bed is too close to the ac almost to the point it’s blocking it and the internet kinda sucks but other than that, hotel is fine

It's not very good as far as I could see. The only thing that I liked was the fact that it's close to other things that were pretty good.
