when inside the room you can hear near by rooms slamming shut theirs room's door when entering/exiting and when people going to their room or to the elevator are very loud and noisy , from 3 am to 3;30 am there was a kid like around 5-6 years old running up and down the hallway , crying and screaming/ begging his mommy to open the door for him! a little later when I got out from my room going to the reception to report it I saw a woman come out from elevator apparently was the mom,.she started knocking on the door on one roo... read more

I mainly choose this hotel because of the approximately of a concert we were attending to. But I was happily surprised of how clean, hospitable and cute this hotel was. My family and I were always greeted by hotel staff with a smile, all different times of the day. Every one is attentive. This hotel offers delicious continental breakfast, safe parking space, 24/7 food service, free wifi. This place is the best hotel that my child and myself have ever stayed. I read some bad reviews and was a little concerned. My stay has been amazing from the beginning at check in. All the staff go above and beyond and are so sweet. The rooms and beds are so comfortable. This is within walking distance of the convention center where we were attending an event. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to West Palm Beach. I really can't say enough. So awesome.
