Disappointed with my experience. Went for breakfast 30 mins before end- no food left, no coffee. Layout of the room was awkward. Lots of street noise all night long. Shower had the most pressure I've ever seen at a hotel but it was like a firehouse spray not a refreshing shower!
Easy walk to waterfront and down town, staff was very kind and helpful, room was spacious, breakfast was good, no pool and views from room were just to the parking deck
Overall I’d say our experience at the hotel was decent, about what you can expect for a Hyatt Place. The staff member that checked us in was exceptionally kind and helpful (didn’t catch his name) but the amenities are lacking. Probably the slowest elevators I’ve encountered in the last 10 years and the stairs aren’t a good substitute because they take you outside which is odd.
