It was decent. For the brand. Kinda felt like we were intentionally place in a room with an unpleasant view but there’s worse to complain about. Only real complaint was that the shower head water flow was weak.

We have never had a stay like this before at Hyatt or any hotel. The rooms would be great if the walls weren't so thin or had better sound protection. Doors slammed all night long, a party (actual party loud music next room and room across hall), I called front desk they did come up and ask to turn down music. The street in front hotel becomes very active, loud motorcycles, constant ambulances-must be near medical facility. I stayed here this past weekend to attend a nearby concert, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were all phenomenal, room was spotless with modern touches, and we were walking distance from our venue. I wanted to give a big thanks as well to Ms. Kay. I left in a hurry and forgot my wallet, and didn't realize until I was a bit down the road. The place was fine if your not concerned about being on or near the shore. I would have scored it higher except the bed was horribly uncomfortable.
