Our daughter and her family live in Virginia Beach, so we visit frequently and always need a place to stay. They Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center has become our "go to" place in Virginia Beach. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops around, including a Wegman's for grocery shopping. Plus, it's away from the beach so you don't have to deal with all of the other tourists, traffic, prices and noise of the beach area (best to do that during off season, November-April). nice rooms in a modern hotel. bar/food area is nice, good wings. Wife and daughter loved the breakfast! cool outside area with tv.
Clean rooms, good breakfast, close to a bunch of restaurants. Stayed here while in the area for work. Hotel staff was friendly. Large parking lot.
Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was suitable, though I wish there was a non-pork meat option. I appreciated being informed up front that they only service rooms every other day unless requested. Under the circumstances, it would have been nice to have had a second towel hook in the room. We were just there for 2 nights, so overall, all was well, and we would definitely consider staying again.
