I really had a great stay here. I asked for a room away from the road and found it nice and quiet. Comfortable bed, I slept really well. Free breakfast was standard Hyatt Place fare, but perfectly acceptable. Tons of parking and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed at Hyatt place Virginia BeachTown Center on 3/7-3/8 Room 509. My family and I slept on a mattress with visible blood🩸 stains on the edge of the mattress and generalized patches & discoloration. Spoke with the Assistant General Manager Mrs Geneva of our concern, which all she wanted to do was to confuse us that the color is from their cleaning products, and we have to deal with this, even when the pictures below looks otherwise. Nice hotel overall. I got there early and asked for an early check-in and they were able to oblige me. The problem is when I got to my room the woman was just about to clean it so it wasn’t ready. She was very friendly and very nice and took her time cleaning my room. As she was doing it, she would come out and tell me how far along she was.
