Shout out to Rosa on night shift. She saved my friend and I’s trip and I couldn’t be more thankful. Don’t stay here if by chance you have an accent or maybe of a race they may not like because staff may be Racist towards you Like TONY . Extremely rude person and he had no shame to say it in front of the Hotel managers and front desk . If this is how they treat veterans i cant imagine how they treat their customers.

So far, so excellent. We have not stayed at this hotel yet. It was recommended by another parent bringing in their child for a appointment at the children's hospital. We called to ask with and get assistance with the logistics of our upcoming trip. Just working with the front desk staff was awesome. We are so excited for our stay, and this is a load off of my mind as we deal with everything that comes from traveling with two disabled kiddos and new doctors in specialty facilities. Thank you Hyatt for easing a mother's mind.
