One of the worst hotel stays we have experienced Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel looks much better in the pictures online than it does in reality. The rooms appear modern, clean, and well maintained in the photos, but what we actually found was completely different. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall hygiene. I really like the layout of the rooms. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great. This hotel is close to USF campus. We stay here every time we visit. I wish the pool was open longer into the evening, it closes at dusk. ☹️ It is also close to Busch Gardens but we haven't had time to visit yet. Maybe next time.

Friendly staff. Michael is amazing! If you are planning on going to the Busch gardens, highly recommend to use their shuttle. The shuttle stops literally right in front of the park entrance, you walk less than the handicap parkings people; on top of it, you saved $30+ parking fees (depending on which days).
