All the staff were friendly. I was bummed our toilet didn't work in our room but they offered us options so it was ok. The breakfast was nice, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bread, etc. The pool looked good but we arrived at 8:30 when it closed so we weren't able to get in. I stayed at the Hyatt Place Tampa/Busch Gardens for 4 nights in June 2026. The rooms were average. The front desk & shuttle staff were amazing but housekeeping & management was disappointing. The location was convenient for visiting local attractions. The room was comparable to other Hyatt Places except that the furnishings were worn and in need of refurbishment. The AC is constantly on.
