The staff has been incredibly helpful and the breakfast here is great.
We love the Hyatt and have always enjoyed staying here. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is real food (you know what I mean)!! Pool is great and always clean. Parking is plentiful and the location is close to everything.
Poor communication and unfulfilled promises regarding water issues I booked a two-night stay here (12/29-12/31), but the experience was far from the Hyatt standard. Upon checking in, we were finally informed of "weak water pressure"—information that should have been disclosed before arrival (and before fully checking us in) The reality was worse: once in the room, the water didn't work at all.
