We can see why this place was so well liked. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with very good breakfast. Service was great too, especially Hunter at the front desk. The location is convenient to Zion and Bryce national parks.
Horrible customer service. Worst breakfast ever and very rude manager. Staff did not communicate fees and when I called to ask the manager told me I should have known better because my daughter worked for different Hyatt. Since when does my daughter working for them mean that I should have known. Super unprofessional and condescending, Don’t book here!
Very helpful staff and good management
Great location and stay. Welcoming staff, best sleep we’ve had at a Hyatt, good breakfast. Made for an another good travel day. Thanks again!
Great location to stop over with family. Sparkling clean rooms and very friendly staffs. Free breakfast was pre covid grade hyatt place breakfast. A lot of selections and folks kept working to refill food constantly. Very pleasant stay.
