Hairs, dirt, and black particles on the mattress as if dogs just finished taking a nap Overall quality is questionable even for dogs to stay…. People at the front desk were nice and kind tho.
Beware of this hotel at the moment. Certainly their biggest issue right now is that their WiFi is unusable. I was getting below 5 mb/s in my room with a strong signal, which is not high enough to support regular browsing and impossible to stream on, definitely cannot work on it. During my stay I had two days in a row where the water was on for a few minutes, then off for 20 minutes, then back in for a few minutes, then off again. I assume that this will be fixed, but it was super annoying and never a word from management abo... read more
Manager and employees were amazing to work with- very professional and care about customers. Customer service was a 10/10 and will go back every time for the way I was treated.
