I would’ve put a lot more stars if I didn’t receive the charge I received after my stay and wasn’t treated so terribly by hotel customer service. I’ve never in my life had to pay a dollar more than what was agreed upon at check-in. That should only ever happen if there is damage to the room. Great room. Great location, just a block from the public beach access point (5 stars). The housekeeping staff did a great job. The blond lady who came on Sunday (Jun 7) was friendly and helpful (5 stars). The valets (Jun 5-8) were extremely courteous, careful with our car, and helpful with loading/unloading the car. So I will make this a simple review. Hotel is beautiful and great location but make sure you are OK with not having access to your car and that you are ok with a view of a parking lot. Also bathroom was covered in the previous guest hair. Stayed in room for all of 30 mins and was denied a refund. Overpriced and totally not worth it. You suck Hyatt!!
