We just got back from spending Memorial Day weekend here, and had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to the 3rd level with a balcony so we could see the ocean! The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was on point with their cleaning. The location was amazing, we could walk right to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Amber, William, and Alejandra provided a terrible experience at Hyatt Hotel Vilano. The service was completely unorganized, communication was poor, and they all had a very bad attitude throughout the entire interaction. The staff seemed all over the place the whole time. Very disappointing experience for a Hyatt property.
The customer service was terrible; there were several of us guests waiting to check in, and they offered no explanation for the delay.
Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hyatt Place St. Augustine / Vilano Beach We arrived at this hotel around 10:00 AM and were told by staff that the room would be ready early. Since we understood they were preparing it, we left to walk around the town and returned around 12:00 noon expecting the room to be available shortly after, especially because staff reassured us it would be ready early. Nice clean room. Excellent restaurant Free breakfast was ok, but nothing to be excited about as bacon was paper thin but otherwise ok
