I think it was an amazing place super clean extremely well located, there a 7 eleven right at the corner just in case you need anything, just be mindful it is valet parking only so they charge you 19 bucks per day, a must try is the pit rental
Rooms were comfortable and had hot breakfast. Didn't use most of the amenities. Valet service only.
Fabulous Valet and Front Desk staff. Very welcoming. Very nice pool and jacuzzi to relax in. Breakfast was ok.
Terrible experience. We faced an emergency and had to go back to Santa Barbara to pick up our lost passports. Could not make it as planned on time and informed Hyatt late the same morning. Asked to rebook at Hyatt in Monterrey. Expedia & Hyatt Central Reservation Center would accept rebooking but decision from local manager in Hyatt Place in Santa Cruz would refuse and block our request. We lost 350$.
