Very convenient, literally next to the airport!! Staff was friendly and hotel was tidy! Enjoyed my stay!
This was a great place to stay. I took a large group there for a student event and Natalie in the office was so easy to work with. The location wasn't great for getting to easy food options by foot but otherwise it was a great place.
Almost 1 hour for shuttle service from SMF which is absolutely ridiculous considering the close proximity and we arrived at almost midnight. I called a day ahead to inquire about the shuttle service since we would be arriving late. I was told to call when we get there and they’ll just send the shuttle. I called when we arrived and was given a 20min ETA by the gentleman that answered. 30mins later, no shuttle. I called for status update and was told 20-30mins ETA by the woman that answered. My son forgot his coat in his room. When he and his wife realized this they were in San Francisco.They called the hotel and were told to just come and pick up whatever it was. They drove back to Sacramento to pick up the coat and after two hours of waiting at the hotel they were told the coat was in a locker and no one had access to the key. Clean simple room. Quiet heater. Only 5 mi drive to the airport. Parking is kinda of small since it is sharing with two other hotel in the area. The breakfast is nothing special. It’s free
