1. The room smelled bad. 2. The bed cover and pillows smelled bad and looked dirty. 3. All the furniture was very old and outdated. 4. The toilet was dirty and smelled very bad. The shampoo and body wash provided in the shower were very cheap and had an unpleasant smell. 5. The breakfast normal . 6. The AC was very loud and did not work properly. 7. The hallway carpet was dirty. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. I would give this hotel 1 star.

Angel Ben and Scott were the best hotel staff members we interacted with out of five or so employees. Scott did night shift and was really helpful at 1am. There’s not always someone at the front desk or someone who can answer the phones which I’ve not seen in a hotel before. Upon check-in, the woman told me the pool was closed because of “renovations”. Seemed like a flimsy excuse. The next day, I asked if the pool was fixed and Angel said she hadn’t heard of it being broken and gave us a key to go swimming. It was a very nic... read more
