The worst experience I’ve had at a Hyatt hotel. I am a World of Hyatt member so I have stayed in plenty of Hyatt hotels. This one was the most filthy, rude, outdated, one that I have been in. The furniture was dilapidated. The carpets were filthy. The bed had stains on it. It had signs everywhere saying that it was being renovated, however, there was no renovation taking place.
