I recently planned a baby shower at this hotel and had a great experience. The venue was lovely, and the staff were amazing ,friendly, attentive, and very professional. Everything ran smoothly, and the service really stood out. I’d definitely recommend it for events.
Wonderful stay! The hotel offers very clean rooms and spotless washrooms, with truly excellent service throughout. The management is well-organized and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Mohammed for his great help and support—he really made a difference in our stay. Breakfast was very nice with good variety. Highly recommended!
We stayed at the Hyatt Ottawa West and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, and the managers were fantastic whenever we needed anything. I really appreciated how dog‑friendly the hotel was — it meant so much to have my dog with me. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.
