Decent hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean and well-maintained. Pets allowed. The doggo really enjoyed the view from the 6th floor window. Breakfast buffet selection was pretty average, but well-stocked.
Drove six hours to be told that they overbooked and don’t have a room for us. Absolutely ridiculous. 10pm and trying to figure out where to sleep now. Not reliable at all.
We recently spent a couple nights at the Hyatt Ottawa-West. The rooms are large, lovely, well appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The staff were friendly, check in and check out a breeze. Breakfast was included with a good selection. The location was great for our needs in the area
