Pleasant experience
Best experience ever...great view, excellent service, best hotel experience right on the boardwalk, near great restaurants....in the midst of everything
Great hotel with good service and cleanliness overall. Yummy delicious breakfast spread every morning was worth it, albeit the menu remains pretty much the same across weekdays. Parking is $10 per night. Accessible entrance and stroller friendly throughout. They have an onsite bar and restaurant if you prefer being indoors or if its too cold to be outside. Parking lot is packed. They have an overflow lot on the diagonal corner. Not the Papi's taco lot.
Parking is terrible. You either park at the main part of the hotel (under the lobby) or across the street in another parking garage. Paid $200 a night, during April, seems a little to much. Pet fee was $200, non refundable. Every time we called the hotel (before checking in) the lady didn’t seem as if she knew what she was talking about. Parking garages are very tight spaces. Overall, to be Hyatt, maybe we expected something a little more updated for the price, especially when it’s 50 degrees out.
