I've spent a LOT of nights at hyatt. Around the world. I love hyatt. Always blown away by the service in Southeast Asia. Then I came to ocean city md. Rolled in super late in the off season. Couldn't expect anyone to be in a good mood. Then I met Mike the night auditor. The guy was super helpful about the area, the hotel. After a super long day he got things squared away so easily. Room was immaculate clean and roomy. Opted for one of their City view rooms which are located in the annex building behind the Oceanfront/ocean view main hotel. Just a few extra steps to the rear and a walkway cross street separated the two buildings for a cheaper option . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommmend and will stay here again.

There were some plumbing issues, but the water outside in the shower was awesome and the service was fabulous. The view from our balcony was first rate, although the walls are fairly thin and we can hear a lot in the hallways.

There are actually 2 locations separated by the road, your room may be in either one. Parking is very limited. View is good and great location.
