My issue with the hotel was not the rooms or the service. That part was great. My issue was the gentleman that sat in the lobby all night with the computer, 12 bottles of soda and played with the butterfly knife. Every time I walked by he would flip it open and then closed. It was odd and uncomfortable. I was solo in Moab this visit and would love to bring my family back but I don’t think I feel comfortable bringing my family here to the Hyatt. Stay here. Free rotating breakfasts and good coffee. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool/hottub, affordable rates. 10/10
Glad I checked the marijuana laws in Utah before booking. We won't be traveling to Utah at all. We don't break the rules, period. I was just about to book two weeks vacation. I'll give the hotel 5 stars anyway. We were going to stay there so...The state get's an F. We'll try New Mexico.
