I am very disappointed with the customer service we experienced at this Hyatt. On the morning of our checkout, my wife, who was fasting, took a ceramic cup to make herself some tea before we left, as she couldn’t eat. Instead of politely asking or offering assistance, the receptionist at the front desk immediately made assumptions and spoke to her in a rude and disrespectful manner. I would’ve left if not for their staff members Ro, and Mario. It was under staffed and the promised ability to “stream” was a lie. They did all they could to help and Hyatt offered a late check out. They were gracious and kind.

This was a perfect location for our trip. Check-in was easy and the staff was polite. Our room was clean and spacious. It was nice they have fruit infused water in the lobby for guests. I wouldn't recommend the free breakfast but everything else about our stay was great.
