Single 50 year old stayed two weekend nights for business, on the third floor. Pros: Good water pressure, reasonable internet speed. Spotlessly clean. New furniture, well-maintained facility. Delightful room lighting. Pleasing (suburban) views. Excellent blackout curtains. No noise from freeway, or other rooms. Lots of nice grass surround. Free and close parking. Great location if you are working in Scorsby industrial estate or need a central location. Beatiful modern rooms with lovely amenities.

Doesn’t come with hotel slippers and no body lotion in room. Room is nice and concierge great. Hotel food was ok but not mind blowing.

Hyatt Place is always clean and friendly. Immediately adjacent to the business park, it is the ideal place to stay when travelling to Melbourne.

There was a noticeable lack of courtesy and professionalism from staff during the visit. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the interactions left guests feeling stressed and unwelcome. Some comments and behaviors suggested a deeper problem with how customers are treated. This experience was far from what should be considered acceptable in the hospitality industry.
