At the hotel today st 3 pm. Their indoor pool is too cold. I told the front desk and they said they can't change it. No one else in the pool. Said it was set at 72 but I got in and too cold to enjoy. Between this and the 1 of 3 elevators that was broken for 2 -3 days, disappointing.
Pleasant hotel.
We booked through Hyatt's own website for a King Suite. When we arrived all the Suite rooms were taken! The front desk representative told us they only had 2 suites and both were taken. Had we known, we would have booked another place to stay. So frustrating that they allow overbooking using their own website! We received a measly $10 credit for the deceptive business practice.
