**** BEWARE OF YOUR ROOM****and yourself Housekeeper walks in the room at 9:40am (even if you had do not disturb sign display). I was walking out the shower and they did NOT KNOCK they just opened the door on me WHILE I GOT DRESSED and they LOOKED AT ME - shocked and they didn’t say sorry. Update: I was contacted by management after this review which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciate their apology for the inconvenience during our stay. We stayed here recently for a few nights, and despite getting a good rate in a great location with what we thought was going to be the perfect place to stay, it fell short in minor upkeep and procedures. The room was spotless and the breakfast very good, but it was the receptionist, Kat, who elevated the experience to an exceptional experience! She was highly professional and extremely helpful and a top notch problem solver! We’d go back in a heartbeat.
