Staff very friendly and helpful! Location great for Keystone. Grateful it is dog friendly.
Really enjoyed our stay here! Extremely clean and good food! Easy to get around, the hot tubs are located outside which was an awesome surprise and relaxing time. Staff was super kind and helpful! Definitely would stay here again!
The location could be one of the best possible. The problems are in maintenance and service. The room was very hot due to badly damaged curtains which were falling apart and older poorly insulated windows radiating 95f temperatures into the room. The only good thing about the room was the beds. Both queens and kings were Hyatt quality. The upgrade the 1st stay was good but next stay was bad. The water for Globalists was not offered on either of 2 stays. Had to wait for 15 minutes for check-in while Kat had a training session... read more
DISREPAIR is the first word that comes to my mind when describing our visit June 19 to 22. We live in Colorado and do understand the phenomenon of seasonal change-over from winter to summer in mountain communities and the challenges for hotel properties this presents. Hyatt Place Keystone clearly does not take the lull in guest visits as an opportunity to fix what winter has broken.
