Stayed here for one night and it was really terrible. Several issues: 1. Breakfast was empty at 7:50am and I waited for half an hour and they never refilled the food. 2. They have a $35 resort fee but never let you know what was included. Had to ask at checkout to find out. 3. Security issue. I was so tired the day I arrived and went to the wrong room. Surprisingly I opened the door and saw someone else’s luggage. I mentioned everything to the front desk and he was totally unapologetic.
We went there for a conference in mid March. On the day we arrived around 11 pm and were informed that our room was no longer available. They booked another hotel room in the town 17 minutes away for us. No reason was provided. I had a full day of meetings in the hotel room but got kicked out at 11 am because I had to move back to Hyatt at noon. No apology from Hyatt. Maybe they had moved guests so often that they didn’t even bother to explain or apologize.
