Hyatt Place Kelowna is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. We especially enjoyed the gym and pool area. The breakfast buffet is awesome and well worth the $11 per person .. lots of tasty options to start the day. Free parking is also a big plus. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!
Great and affordable breakfast. Hot tub was broken entire stay in mid August.
The room is a bit dusty, service is ok and I am surprise that they charge parking there even you are hotel guest. They charge $8 per night,
I know they can't accommodate everyone's taste in beds, but they are way too soft for me, I had to help on the sofa. The turndown service is mediocre at best, it's like I'd ask my teens to do the chores. And the cleanliness is so so. We are 4 people so we usually don't go to Hyatt for vacation stay, but this time we wanted to spoil ourselves a little bit. Not all I expected from Hyatt.
