We stay at the Hyatt Place Kelowna multiple times through the year. The hotel is clean and the staff are very professional and helpful. I would especially like to send a really big shout out to Himmi at the front desk; he recognizes us, treats us very well and is always so friendly and accommodating. Service like his is why we keep returning!

Staff was friendly clean suite was very small for the price. They required a deposit which is fine they then did a reversal for the entire bill plus deposit another bill was charged to my card in sense charging my card for 3 times the amount of the room which will come back sometime after the holidays easier to just reimburse the deposit.??

cleaning room and facility. The hotel is pretty empty on last few days of Dec. good bar tender and people seems to enjoy their work. pool and spa is also very clean.
