Four star because of their breakfast food. Eggs were dry and has a texture of firm tofu more than scrambled eggs. There is also no ketchup on the condiments area. Waffles were very dry and over cooked as well (microwave type of overcooked). Hilton still has the best breakfast out there.

They overbooked for Gencon 2025. Even though they pre charged me 2 weeks in advance for my room when I got there they had no rooms available. They set me to a crapper hotel 20 minutes further away from Gencon, that didn’t have a comparable room so my friend had to sleep on the floor! I have called the GM multiple times to get a refund and they have not returned my calls. Horrible customer service. Will be reporting to the BBB if I don’t get a refund.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town overnight for the State Fair. It is located right off of I-69. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for five people with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It was nice to have a walk-in shower in the bathroom. There was a free breakfast in the morning that included yogurt, fruits, eggs, bacon, sausage, Eggo waffles, a variety of breads and bagels, and a variety of juices and milk. We would definitely stay here in the future!
