Disappointing Stay – Shower Didn’t Work The hotel itself was clean and modern, and the room seemed nice at first glance. Unfortunately, the shower didn’t work at all, which made the stay inconvenient. For the price and the Hyatt name, I expected basic amenities like a working shower to be a given. This is not a bad hotel but it should be known and effect there ranking if basic needs are not met. Service was not friendly in general. (sadly city like in the USA)
