Great hotel. Nice rooms. A couple of points; If you book through a third party, your breakfast isn't free unless you're a Hyatt member. Your room is cleaned every 3 days unless you request more.

The room itself was ok. However, the hotel is horribly designed. To get to the pool from the elevators, you have to walk thru the bar/ food area and then thru the entire front lobby. And then during breakfast, the maids and all the laundry carts are traveling right thru the middle of the people trying to get food and coffee. I've never seen anything like it. Very comfortable, well decorated room. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The free breakfast was the best we've ever had in any hotel. I really appreciated the vegetarian options and the variety of foods not typically offered at a free hotel breakfast. Our only hiccup was that our room was not ready when promised for check-in at 3 pm. We waited almost an hour before it was ready. We wished the pool was a bit bigger and/or there was a hot tub on property as well. That would have been nicer for the price of our room.
