The rooms are extremely dated with holes in unidentifiable stains and burn holes and carpet bedding and towels. TVs are dated to the point to where you can only use their very limited cable. All the staff was helpful except for the GM who was so incredibly unaccommodating and unempathetic that it made this stay probably one of the most unpleasant I've had in sometime considering the price you pay daily here I was expecting much much more. My husband and I drove from Dallas to Houston to celebrate our cousin’s 50th birthday and stayed at this Hyatt. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of the service we’ve come to expect as loyal Hyatt guests and Globalist members. We arrived around 12:30 p.m. and were met at the front desk by Debbie, who barely greeted us. Les enseno lo que conseguí en las.sabanas de las camas aparte de sucias cuando reclame me dijeron que estaban limpias, que no me las cambiaban y tuve que dormir en el sillon , conseguí vello Rubicon y unas marchas negros me dio un asco terrible
