I’ve worked in the hospitality industry, specifically the post oak hotel. And I’m not saying I expect here what I would get at a luxury hotel. But this man ( who refused to give us his name) was insulting us under his breath. Not even getting up to help us get checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! I reserved two rooms for my family three months ago and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms available. The clerk at the desk was on his second week and when he tried to contact any supervisor or manager they wouldn't pick up. Sadly they set this poor kid up for failure. I had to find a room myself. If this is how Hyatt treats their customers I would recommend not staying at any of there hotels worldwide. Overbook there hotels and leave you in the wind. Had an amazing stay Diego was a great staff member with check in and any questions we had. The pool was fun and breakfast was good and rooms were nice, clean and spacious!

This hotel is THE place to stay, centrally located, food was close and the staff was superb! Robert and Shai made our stay the BEST, the true meaning of southern hospitality and I hope they know what they have in those two gems!!
