I’ve stayed at Hyatt Place Fort Worth / TCU multiple times for business, and it’s consistently one of my favorite hotels in the area. From the moment you arrive, the service stands out. Desh and Romero at the front desk always greet guests with genuine warmth and make check-in seamless, whether it’s late at night or between meetings. We love staying at this hotel. Close to campus and shops & restaurants. Cali at the front desk is so friendly and full of great info! She always greets us with a smile. We enjoyed meeting and talking to her. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious with a lot of options. Nessa, who helps with breakfast in the morning is a great conversationalist and was super sweet!
Had placed the ' I don't need service' on the door, yet returned and saw the staff had entered my room and a chocolate was missing which I had kept on the bed before leaving for the day
