El hotel se encuentra en reformas y solo te enteras cuando llegas. Nos quedamos una sola noche y el ruido era bastante intenso. Empiezan a las 8 de la mañana. No lo recomiendo en absoluto para pasar unos cuantos días de vacaciones allí. Para algo de paso esta bien si no hubiera ese ruido constante. Staff were very polite and helpful. Not very much options available for the breakfast menu but overall a nice clean hotel.
Great breakfast and the staff is really friendly
Horrible experience. The building is under construction and they dont inform anyone before booking. Construction from 8 am to 6pm. My son couldn't sleep. Theres noise right above the room. Stuff falling from the ceiling. Has vacation club members this was just Horrible. Highly do not recommend hyatt. All they care about is keeping their business going not the actual comfort of their guest.
