If the Hotel wasn’t going thru renovations I would have given 5 stars (Booked on the Hyatt app, so I was already aware of the renovations). Awesome staff. Free breakfast and free parking, so you save money. Great location. I would stay again.

Intent of travel was shopping so the room served its purpose. However, the cleanliness of the room is something I felt to write a review on. Upon arrival late at night the room smelt musty. We also notice a ball of hair in the corner, so clearly it had not been cleaned. We reported this to the reception next morning and was told they would do a ‘Full Clean’. Booked this hotel last minute because we had to cancel our Airbnb booking - Staff was super friendly and in our first room the Chromecast for Youtube wasn't working and Velensky was very helpful and tried to come fix it for us, then ended up moving us to a room where it did work and was super helpful! The room was very nice and spacious and the shower water actually got hot! Creo que es un buen lugar esta prometedor y cumplidor si estas en fort lauderdale pues es una buena opción OJO SI ES PARA FORT LAUDERDALE si quieres estar mas cerca de miami b pues tendrás que buscar mas opción de ahi es mas este lugar es cómodo y pues si volvería a ir
